We are home...almost.....18/7/2008
Saw Portland Bill at 1600 through the mist. Moored up in portland by 1700. Dropped the jibs 16 nm out and still making 15 even 16 knts in a building sea and wind. Estimated F6 at times and 2m waves. Weymouth hotel for the night and all heading home in the morning...nursing a fair few wounds.
